Symptomatic treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, including: rheumatoid arthritis; osteoarthritis; ankylosing spondylitis. For relief of inflammation and pain syndrome: lumbago; humerus periarthritis; rheumatic lesions of soft tissues; toothache.

Composition: Each tablet contains:

Aceclofenac 100 mg

Auxiliary components:

microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, povidone K30, sodium stearyl fumarate.

Properties: NSAID, a derivative of phenylacetic acid. It has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects due to inhibition of COX-I and COX-2 and inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.

In rheumatic diseases, the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of aceclofenac helps to significantly reduce the severity of pain, morning stiffness, swelling of the joints, which improves the patient’s motor activity.

Indications: Symptomatic treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, including: rheumatoid

arthritis; osteoarthritis; ankylosing spondylitis.

For relief of inflammation and pain syndrome: lumbago; humerus periarthritis; rheumatic lesions of soft tissues; toothache.

Method of administration and dosage: The optimal dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. It is necessary to strictly observe the compliance of the used dosage form of a particular drug with the indications for use and the dosage regimen.

Aceclofenac is intended for symptomatic therapy, reducing pain and inflammation at the time of use, does not affect the regression of the disease.

To reduce the risk of developing adverse events, aceclofenac should be used in the minimum effective dose for the minimum possible short course.

For oral administration — 100 mg 2 times / day, morning and evening.

The duration of therapy without a doctor’s

prescription is no more than 7 days.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to aceclofenac and other NSAlDs; «aspirin triad» (combination of bronchial asthma, recurrent polyposis of the nose and paranasal sinuses and intolerance to acetylsalicylic acid and pyrazolone drugs); erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract (in the acute phase); gastrointestinal bleeding or suspicion of it; inflammatory bowel disease; severe renal failure (CC ml / min); progressive kidney disease; active liver disease; thyroid disease; confirmed hyperkalemia; acute myocardial infarction; period after coronary artery bypass grafting; arterial hypotension; arterial hypertension; acute disorders of cerebral circulation (ischemic, hemorrhagic stroke); disorders of hematopoiesis and blood diseases (leukopenia, incl. history, thrombocytopenia, hemophilia); severe myopathy, severe myasthenia gravis; pregnancy; lactation period (breastfeeding); children and adolescents up to 18 years old.

Precautions: Use with caution in case of liver, kidney and gastrointestinal tract diseases in history, bronchial asthma, arterial hypertension, coronary artery disease, indications in the anamnesis for the development of gastrointestinal ulcers, in the presence of

Helicobacter pylori infection, in cerebrovascular diseases, dyslipidemia / hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus, peripheral diseases , in smokers, in elderly patients, with prolonged use of NSAlDs, with frequent alcohol consumption, with severe somatic diseases.

Side effects: From the nervous system: often — dizziness; very rarely — paresthesia, tremor, drowsiness, headache, dysgeusia (taste perversion).

From the digestive system: often — dyspepsia, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea; infrequently — flatulence, gastritis, constipation, vomiting, ulcerative stomatitis; rarely — melena, ulceration of the stomach and intestines, hemorrhagic diarrhea, gastrointestinal bleeding; very rarely stomatitis, vomiting of blood, intestinal perforation, exacerbation of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, pancreatitis.

From the liver and biliary tract: often -increased activity of liver enzymes; very rarely — liver disease (including hepatitis), increased ALP activity.

Storage method: At a temperature not higher than 30 degrees. In a dry place.

Packaging: The cardboard box contains 1 or 2 blisters of 10 tablets, paper instructions.
