- Ammonium ferric citrate — 57.51 mg
- Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin Bl) -1.17mg
- Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) -0.9 mg
- Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) -1.2mg
- Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) -1.8 mcg
- Niacin (nicotinamide — vitamin B3) -10 mg
- Folic acid — 50 mcg
- Calcium pantothenate-2,174 mg
- Calcium glycerophosphate anhydrous 10 mg
- Zinc sulfate heptahydrate — 13.19 mg
- Manganese sulfate monohydrate — 0.769 mg
- Copper sulfate pentahydrate — 0.789 mg
- Lysine monohydrochloride-25 mg
- Med -100 mg
- Malt extract-500 mg
Purpose : Dietary supplement containing vitamins and minerals
Precautions : Avoid prolonged use and overdose. Use under medical supervision. Keep out of reach of children. Sometimes causes irritation of the gastrointestinal tract and abdominal pain with nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation. Children : 6 — 12 years old — 1 teaspoon per day
Adults: 1 teaspoon twice a day
During your period or pregnancy : 1 teaspoon twice daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner
Notes : 1 teaspoon equals approximately 5 ml
