Tradename: insect bite
Compound: Each 100 grams of gel contains:
Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 1 g
Zinc acetate 1 g.
Auxiliary components: Purified water, ethanol, glycerol, hypromellose, methylparaben, propylparaben.
Properties: Diphenhydramine hydrochloride - antiallergic, local anesthetic, antihistamine, antiemetic, anticholinergic, hypnotic, sedative.
Blocks histamine H1 receptors and eliminates the effects of histamine mediated through this type of receptor. Reduces or prevents histamine-induced spasms of smooth muscles, increased capillary permeability, tissue swelling, itching and hyperemia.
Indications: insect bites, urticaria, pruritus of various origins, itchy eczema, chicken pox, allergic skin irritations.
Dosage and administration: Apply to the skin 3-4 times a day.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity, breastfeeding, children age (newborn period and prematurity).
Precautionary measures: Avoid application to damaged surfaces or mucous membranes. Avoid contact with eyes. Topical antihistamines may cause hypersensitivity; avoid with eczema; not recommended for use longer than 3 days.
Side effects: Skin irritation.
Rarely, sensitivity reactions may occur.
Storage method: At a temperature not higher than 30 degrees. In a dry place.
Package: The cardboard box holds a tube of 20 grams.
