* Properties and mechanism of action:

Ampoule Livabion contains a combination of water-soluble vitamins:

Vitamin B12 in the form of cyanocobalamin which is used in deficient conditions, including megaloblastic anemia, antiatherogenic, neuroprotective and mood modulating activities.

Folic acid, a member of the B group of vitamins. Folic acid is involved in several key biological processes, including synthesis of DNA, RNA and proteins. It is essential for DNA replication and repair, as well as maintaining genome integrity. Folic acid reduces the risk of neural tube defects and possibly other types of birth defects. It can also have anti-atherogenic, anticarcinogenic, neuroprotective, and antidepressant effects.

Vitamin B6 is a collective term for a group of three related compounds, pyridoxine (PN), pyridoxal (PL) and Pyridoxamine. Vitamin B6 is used in the prevention and treatment of vitamin B6 deficiency and peripheral diseases.

Nicotinamide (niacinamide) is one of the two main forms of the B vitamin. Nicotinamide may have antidiabetic activity in some cases. It can also have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.

D-panthenol, a member of the B family of vitamins, is an essential nutrient in the human diet. It happens sometimes it is called vitamin B5. Pantothenic acid can have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, wound healing and antiviral activity.

Orotic acid is an intermediate in the metabolism of pyrimidine, it is also known as vitamin B13. This is first of all it is used for the metabolism of folic acid and vitamin B12, and also helps to restore the liver parenchyma and improves detoxification of the body.

* Indications for use:

* Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any component of Livabion. Do not use Livabion ampoule in newborns,

babies, pregnant women or nursing mothers, as it contains benzyl alcohol.

* Precautions:

Intramuscular injections should be given deeply and the patient should be monitored for possible allergic reactions.

Livabion ampoule contains benzyl alcohol, which is potentially toxic when injected loc into the nervous system. Ampoule Livabion is contraindicated for use in premature babies, since the drug contains benzyl alcohol.

* Dosage: 1 ampoule a day 2-3 times a week by intramuscular or intravenous injection.

* Storage: Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 0 c.

* Packaging: The box contains 6 ampoules (2 ml).
