Properties : Combined multivitamin complex. The action of the drug is determined by the properties of the vitamins that make up its composition.

— Vitamin B1 (thiamine) is a necessary component of carbohydrate metabolism as an integral part of the coenzyme for the decarboxylation of keto acids; plays an important role in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism, participates in the conduction of nervous excitation in synapses. Thiamine deficiency causes disruption of the activity of the peripheral and central nervous system, as well as disorders of the cardiovascular system.

— Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is an indispensable component of many flavoprotein enzymes involved in oxidative processes. Riboflavin helps to improve the condition of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity, eyes, skin, and improves the condition of the nervous system.

— Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) has a vital effect on the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats and is necessary for normal metabolism, blood formation, normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system.

— Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) is necessary for the vital activity of body cells. The cells of the bone marrow, nervous system and intestinal tract show the greatest need for B12. Cyanocobalamin is necessary for the normal functioning of the nervous system, hematopoiesis.

— Niacin (nicotinic acid) is a vitamin, hypolipidemic and specific antipellagric agent. In the body, niacin is converted to nicotinamide, which binds to coenzymes codehydrogenase Ⅰ and Ⅱ (NAD and NADP) that carry hydrogen, participates in the metabolism of fats, proteins, amino acids, purines, tissue respiration, glycogenolysis, and biosynthesis processes.

— Pantothenic acid — is an important component of coenzyme A, is necessary in the metabolism of carbohydrates and fatty acids, is involved in the synthesis of steroid hormones, porphins and acetylcholine.

— Folic acid — is transformed in the body into tetrahydrofolic acid, which is a coenzyme of reactions in which individual carbohydrate atoms participate for the synthesis of purines and pyrimidines. Folic acid deficiency leads to a decrease in intellectual abilities.

Indications: Prevention and treatment of hypovitaminosis, conditions accompanied by an increased need for B vitamins:

— recovery period after severe somatic and infectious diseases;

— chronic fatigue syndrome;

— prevention of asthenic and neurotic conditions, stress;

— polyneuritis of various etiologies, neuralgia;

— dermatitis and dermatoses of various etiologies.

Mode of application: Take 1 capsule 1 time per day with meals.

Contraindications : Individual intolerance to the components of the drug.

Precautionary measures : While taking the drug, it is not recommended to take other multivitamin complexes in order to prevent overdose.

The complex of vitamins of group B reduces the antiparkinsonian effectiveness of levodopa.

Alcohol dramatically reduces the absorption of thiamine.

Do not exceed the indicated daily dose.

Side effects : In rare cases, allergic reactions to the components of the drug are possible.
