* Compound: Each tablet contains:

Metamizole sodium 500 mg

* Auxiliary components:

Macrogol 4000, macrogol 8000, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide.

* Properties: Analgesic-antipyretic. It is a derivative of pyrazolone. It has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects, the mechanism of which is associated with inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.

* Indications: Pain syndrome of various origins (renal and biliary colic, neuralgia, myalgia; with injuries, burns, after operations; headache, toothache, menalgia). Fever in infectious and inflammatory diseases.

* Method of application and dose: Children 10-14 years old (32-53 kg) - 1 tablet up to 4 times a day

Adults and children over 15 years old (weight over 53 kg) - 1-2 tablets, up to 8 tablets per day.

* Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Age less than 10 years.

Lactation.

I and III trimesters of pregnancy.

Analgesic bronchial asthma or intolerance to analgesics (like urticaria-angioedema) in response to the use of salicylates, paracetamol or NSAIDs such as diclofenac, ibuprofen, indomethacin or naproxen.

Violation of bone marrow hematopoiesis.

Acute hepatic porphyria.
